Terms of Service

Effective date: April 7, 2026 · By using gbp.gg you agree to these terms in full.

gbp.gg is a peer-to-peer marketplace for digital game services and virtual items. These terms set out the rules for everyone who uses the platform — buyers, sellers, and guests.

1. The Platform

gbp.gg provides a marketplace that connects buyers and independent sellers of digital game services, accounts, boosts, gold, items, and other virtual goods. gbp.gg is not a party to any transaction between users and is not responsible for the actions of any buyer or seller.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

Age: You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or make purchases.

Account security: You are responsible for all activity under your account. Use a strong, unique password. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any suspected unauthorised access.

One account per person: You may not maintain multiple accounts to circumvent bans, fees, or other restrictions.

3. Marketplace Rules

Different obligations apply depending on your role.

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following will result in immediate suspension or permanent ban:

Fraud, scamming, or impersonating another user or brand

Selling stolen accounts, cheats, or ban-bypass tools

Money laundering or use of fraudulent payment methods

Harassment, threats, or hate speech toward other users

Scraping, DDoS, or any form of automated abuse

Circumventing platform fees by transacting off-platform

5. Fees & Payments

gbp.gg charges a commission on each completed sale. The applicable fee is shown during listing creation and before checkout. All payment processing is handled by our payment processors and is subject to their terms. gbp.gg reserves the right to adjust fees with 30 days' notice to active sellers.

6. Disputes & Refunds

If an order is not fulfilled or significantly not as described, buyers may open a dispute through the platform. gbp.gg will review evidence from both parties and issue a binding decision. Refunds are issued at gbp.gg's sole discretion based on the outcome.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, gbp.gg's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of profits, data, or reputation — howsoever caused. gbp.gg is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice for any material breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that is harmful to other users or the platform. Pending orders will be resolved before account closure where possible.

9. Changes & Governing Law

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-platform notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. For questions, contact [email protected].
